Learn all about Olive Oil Flavor Characteristics, Cooking & Frying, Enhancing Foods and Marketing at this 6 hour short course offered by UCCE Sonoma County on July 21 starting at 8:30.  

Registration $95, by July 11th. Six-hour course fee includes instruction and the focused tasting of 18 olive oils, plus a coffee welcome at morning registration, snack break, and catered lunch. Class size is limited.
